So far, it appears that we are under budget, but there are some holes and inaccuracies in this list:
Drywall - about 10-12 pieces needed, depending on the space needed for Mat, Chris, and Jessica - $100
Posts - about 20, also dependent on horizontals and verticals - $260
Furring channels - about 10? - $41
Florescent lighting fixtures - about 12-13, maximum (18 looks like too many) - $117
Bulbs - I don't know if the florescent fixtures came with bulbs - ?
Incandenscent spot lighting - ?
Extension cord - ?
Flyers - ?
Flags - $90
Food - ?
Total: $608

Flyers:free
Bulbs: probably "donated" from the gallery
Food: maybe donated from whole foods. Working on it.
Flyers: $0
Bulbs: $0
Free food: Priceless
also, now we are buying our own clip-on lights, so you can subtract all that money too.
Sorry, I missed class.
Does each person have to purchase their own individual clips for our pieces or are they coming from the class funds?
And if we (personally) have to purchase them, how much do they cost? And was it going too expensive to purchase them from our class fund?
The decision was to buy at least two clip-on aluminum reflector lights each. They supposedly cost around $6 apiece at Home Depot. We figured they'd be worthwhile investments if we bought them ourselves.
i went and got prices for wine today in case we cant get it donated. theres a place in winter park that will give us a case of 10 bottles (which is normally $80) for $48. he can order as many cases as we need and we can return anything we dont use.
thoughts?
fuck wine.
bring on the PBR!
IT WON A BLUE RIBBON FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!
